ODOUR CONTROL SYSTEMS

 What is FES?

A Fume extraction System is an air pollution control formula designed to maintain workspace safety. It seizes fume gases, dust and smoke emitted during various processes. These pollutants are detrimental and hazardous to employees and hence must be removed from the work environment.

A fume extraction unit typically consists of –

  • Fumes apprehension – for extraction of maximum fumes, keep the collection point close to the fumes production area. The volume extraction method is used for a larger working area whereas the tip extraction method is used when fumes can be captured close to the source of the fumes. In the tip extraction method, it can be kept as close as to the tip of the soldering iron gun.

  • Airflow system – the fume extractors has centrifugal blowers which attract the fumes through their vacuum suctioning power.

  • Filtration – different types of filters are fixed depending upon the industry. They take in the fumes and clean the air.

A fume extraction vacuum system in your plant extracts optimum smoke present in the facility. Industries that commonly deploy FES are paints, pharmaceuticals, steel, chemicals, minerals, cement etc.

Odour Treatment Systems –

“For a healthier environment”

Many odorous gases are produced during industrial processes. They are highly corrosive and reduce the productivity, equipment life and comfort of the workers. Roflow systems work by reducing the emission of odorous gases like Ammonia, Hydrogen sulphide, sulphur compounds, hydrocarbons etc.

These odour control systems make the plant environment work-friendly. It is crucial for workers to work in and makes the space pleasant for those who live nearby. Odour and fume control is also essential to meet standard compliance rules.

FES and Odor control systems together bring pollutants and odours present in the air to a permissible limit. The clean air solutions hired must be customized, designed to suit your industry type and must be easy to use. Let the work environment be employee-friendly!
