The Air Handling Units!

Air handling units, which generally have the acronym of A.H.U are found in medium to large commercial and industrial constructions.

They are usually got in the basement, on the ceiling, or on the floors of a building. AHUs will administer a specified area or zone within a building such as the east side, floors 1 – 10, or perhaps a single goal such as just the building's toilets. Accordingly, it’s very ordinary to find numerous AHUs around a building.

Some buildings, especially old high-rise buildings, will have just one large AHU, usually found on the roof. These will provide the full building. They might not have a return duct; some older designs depend on the air just leaking out of the building. Roflow designs these units with extreme expertise and care that is suitable for all industrial and commercial constructions. As self-reliant professionals, we believe in circumspect neutrality in appraising the scheme design. This provides a balanced effect to dialogue when determining between economy, efficiency, and performance against capital cost.

We are competently prepared to deliver multiple assortments. of heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions for hugely eclectic applications.

This layout isn’t so common anymore in new buildings because it’s very ineffective, now it's most familiar to have considerably smaller Air Handling Systems providing different zones. The buildings are again more airtight so we ought to have a return duct to control the pressure inside the building.

Air handling units’ condition and allocate air within a building. They take fresh ambient air from outside, clean it, warm it or cool it, maybe humidify it and then force it through some ductwork around to the planned areas within a building.

Most units will have an extra duct run to then pull the used dirty air out of the rooms, and back to the AHU, where a fan will release it back into the atmosphere. Some of this return air might be recirculated back into the fresh air reserve to save energy. Otherwise, where that isn’t feasible, thermal energy can be extracted and fed into the fresh air intake.
